1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by spinpg (hereinafter "spinpg," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") at spinpg.club, you ("the Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the spinpg platform. Continued use of spinpg following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and spinpg with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

2. Eligibility

To register and use spinpg, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of placing bets or accessing games.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of spinpg, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be self-excluded from spinpg or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement currently in effect.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing spinpg from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

spinpg reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on spinpg, you must create a registered account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• You are registering for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You will maintain only one (1) active spinpg account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

spinpg implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your spinpg login credentials. You must notify spinpg immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. spinpg will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

spinpg accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, subject to change at spinpg's discretion.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your spinpg account dashboard.
• KYC Requirement: Withdrawals will only be processed to verified accounts. spinpg reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
• Source of Funds: spinpg may request documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds deposited into your account in compliance with Philippine AML regulations.

spinpg does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Any deposits identified as originating from third parties may be reversed and the account suspended.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

spinpg offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have completed account verification.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• spinpg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the applicable promotion terms.
• spinpg reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, exploiting promotional terms, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on spinpg use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, spinpg's records shall be the definitive source of truth for determining the outcome of any disputed game round. spinpg reserves the right to void any game round affected by a technical error and refund the applicable stake to the player's account.

Players must not use any software, tool, algorithm, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over spinpg or other players. This includes but is not limited to: automated betting bots, card counting software, exploit scripts, and collusion with other players in multiplayer games.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on spinpg and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using spinpg if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using spinpg for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the spinpg platform.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud on deposits.
• Colluding with other players or spinpg employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using spinpg's services for any commercial purpose without express written authorization.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the spinpg platform, including but not limited to: software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of spinpg or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the spinpg platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any spinpg content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, spinpg, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the spinpg platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.

spinpg's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

spinpg does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Responsible Gaming

spinpg is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings after spinpg login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from spinpg. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

spinpg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Determination that a player is a minor or has provided false age information.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon termination for cause, spinpg reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

12. Amendments to Terms

spinpg reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the spinpg platform at least 7 days before taking effect, where practicable. Your continued use of spinpg following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to spinpg's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory body or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
